What Youll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of SOQ and proposal development in response to RFQs and RFPs.
• Ensure all submissions comply with Arizona procurement regulations and agency-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with technical staff, marketing team members, and leadership to gather content and develop compelling, compliant proposals.
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and other marketing collateral.
• Track procurement opportunities and maintain proposal schedules and deadlines.
• Support interview preparation and debrief efforts as needed.
  
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of marketing and proposal writing experience in a A/E/C industry highly desired.
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and compliance requirements in Arizona.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  
• Must be self-directed and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal management tools. Unanet (CRM System)
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong integrity and work ethic are critical.
• Ability to work on-site with regular, reliable attendance.
