You belong here.** Located in Tucson, AZ, our **Respite Program** successfully provides an interval of rest for individuals and their primary caregivers without disruption to their home environments. We provide Respite services to individuals from birth to the age of 17, who are experiencing moderate emotional or behavioral difficulties. **_Through the Respite program, kids get to enjoy group activities and go on field trips to museums, roller skating, movies, arcades, park visits, and more!_** And, we operate out of residential houses, creating a fun and safe home-like environment for those in our care. The **Lead Direct Care Professioanl (Lead DCP)** protects the health and safety of individuals while assisting the Program Coordinators with the supervising, planning, and implementation of program activities while managing children's behaviors. Lead DCP's serve as a mentor and have fun with kids doing various year-round activities! The Lead DCP will assist with planning, implementating, and documentating activities designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals in the Respite Program.
