Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of equipment, routine, and non-routine.
• Keep accurate and updated laboratory records.
• Develop and refine chemical processes using simulation software to improve performance and product quality.
• Conduct lab experiments to understand reaction mechanisms and optimize conditions.
• Introduce new technologies and process improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Work closely with production managers, engineers, and quality teams to meet production goals and specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and batch records to support process development and production.
• Collaborate with team members to document findings and communicate results effectively.
• Assist in quality control processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process chemistry or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Performing chemical compositional analyses of numerous materials from various industries utilizing instrumentation.
• Lab safety procedures.
• Safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary Range:
$100K-$110K
