What you'll do
- Install and service CCTV/surveillance cameras, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and gate operators at commercial sites across Arizona
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on installed systems
- Configure and program equipment across platforms including Honeywell, Lenel, RS2, DMP, Hanwha, AXIS, Panasonic, and DoorKing
- Integrate network-connected devices and multi-technology security systems
- Walk customers through system operation after installations
- Document service calls, installations, and system changes
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with any of the following: CCTV/surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, gate operators, or electronic door hardware
- Knowledge of structured cabling and low voltage wiring
- Basic networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
- Ability to read system diagrams and installation docs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-starter mindset
- Professional customer-facing communication
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel throughout Arizona
- NICET II or similar is a plus — not required About Us:
