AWS cloud full stack engineer

Akkodis is seeking an AWS cloud full stack engineer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix AZ/Raleigh NC(Remote). Candidate must have strong hands‑on experience in AWS Cloud engineering with required expertise in Amazon Connect, IVR call‑flow design, and multi/omni‑channel contact center solutions.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AWS cloud full stack engineer job responsibilities include:

• Manage AWS Connect environments, including cloud service administration and support across Amazon Connect and Salesforce.

• Configure omnichannel contact center components such as queues, skills, routing profiles, and call flows.

• Coordinate with business units to gather requirements, refine call‑flow parameters, and support iterative testing cycles.

• Develop and enhance IVR flows, Lambda integrations, and scripting solutions using Terraform and AWS services.

• Design highly available, scalable cloud applications with strong focus on infrastructure robustness across networking, servers, and storage.

• Troubleshoot operational issues in AWS and Microsoft environments while ensuring seamless telephony and cloud performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in AWS cloud engineering and multi/omni‑channel contact center solutions.

• Required strong experience with Amazon Connect, IVR call‑flow development, call routing, and configuration of AWS Connect environments.

• Required hands‑on skills in Terraform scripting, AWS services (Lambda, S3, Lex), and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipeline management.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
