Receptionist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist for a 3-month contract position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk tasks and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a legal office environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. - Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. - Create and maintain new files in their database, MyCase, ensuring accuracy and organization. - Assist with paperwork processing, including handling digital documentation efficiently. - Respond to common questions from clients, providing clear and consistent information. - Support legal assistants with daily administrative tasks and coordination. - Collaborate with on-site team members, including paralegals and legal assistants. Requirements - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. - Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls effectively. - Familiarity with legal office environments or administrative procedures is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to use office software, including MyCase, or a willingness to learn. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with both on-site and remote team members. - Detail-oriented approach and adherence to business casual or appropriate dress code.
