Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,545 per week
Avani Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

*Requirements:
*AZ or Compact state license required
*Night shifts/12 hours/3 shifts per week/must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed
*Locals are not allowed/travelers must be greater than 50 miles away from the facility
*Must have three years of experience required in RN Med surg1 year pediatric experience required, Must be comfortable with both Adult and Pediatric Patients.
*BLS, ACLS & PALS required
*Quick offer in 24 hours
