**** $125,000 - $150,000 Base Pay****

****$5,000 signing bonus****

We are looking for.. ..Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners who simply want to do the right thing for our most vulnerable patient population - the elderly, homebound, immobile, or patients otherwise seeking primary care services at home. MY DR NOW mobile house call providers work independently, can create their own schedule, see patients at their own pace, and determine their general geographic service area.

• A narrow panel of patient visits. The provider will see one patient per hour and the patient is seen every 30-days
• Mileage paid. Patients are in a reasonable demographic area to avoid long commutes between patient visits. Phoenix, Laveen, Buckeye, Avondale, Goodyear, Glendale, and Surprise.
