In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to keep hiring moving with urgency and purpose.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and is motivated by making a direct impact on staffing outcomes that support quality care and operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support

  • Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for high-priority roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and drive recruiting progress

  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments

  • Coordinate interviews and help deliver a timely, positive candidate experience

  • Maintain urgency in communication, scheduling, and hiring follow-up

  • Participate in recruiting events, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities

  • Track recruiting activity and hiring results to identify gaps and improve performance

  • Monitor hiring metrics such as pipeline strength, time to fill, interview-to-offer conversion, and staffing progress

  • Take ownership of recruiting performance by adjusting sourcing strategies and increasing pipeline activity when needed

  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and talent attraction efforts

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or a high-volume coordination role

  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Ability to drive progress and performance across multiple needs and timelines

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), healthcare operations, or service delivery models

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or scheduling systems

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site environments

  • Experience supporting hiring managers across multiple locations

What Makes You Successful in This Role:

  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness

  • Outcome-focused problem solving

  • High attention to detail and organization

  • Comfort using data to track results and improve performance

  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with leaders and candidates

Work Environment:

This position may be clinic-based or hybrid depending on operational needs across assigned locations. The role includes regular interaction with leadership teams, staff, and community partners, and may involve travel between clinic locations and recruiting events.

Schedule and Compensation:
  • Full-time salaried position

  • Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending upon experience

  • Schedule based on operational needs across assigned locations

  • Paid Time Off and paid holidays in accordance with company policy
