Advacare Homecare is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable male caregiver / HHA (Home Health Aide) and non-medical Home Care Attendant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. We are committed to providing high-quality, respectful, and individualized care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

We currently have an immediate opportunity available for a male client located near 99th Avenue and Thunderbird.

Schedule:
• Consistent ongoing assignment
• Monday through Sunday
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay:
• $18.50 – $20.00 per hour
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide non-skilled personal care and daily living support in a home setting
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to appropriate staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Requirements:
• Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or as a Home Health Aide preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Must have dependable transportation within the Phoenix area
• Must meet all certification requirements listed below

Required Certifications (must be current and valid):
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Valid TB Test
