Senior B2B Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a B2B Senior Marketing Manager that knows how to build the KPIs that demonstrate success and can write engaging copy at the same time. Understanding the big picture from a strategic standpoint while making things happen at the project execution level. And, having fun while doing it.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the Go-to-Market strategy and core marketing KPIs including but not limited to MQLs and SQL quantity/quality and conversion metrics to support the funnel.
Apply solid B2B strategies and tactics to create Demand Generation campaigns that meet annual growth goals.
Upgrade the application and usage of our CRM (HubSpot) applying lead scoring for prospecting and managing customer data. Create effective funnels and automation.
Become a domain expert and create awareness building and engagement driving content for our target buyers and current clients to engage with.
Be our growth-engineering champion and willing to run testing to appropriately optimize our marketing.
Manage our social media/graphic designer, as well as be a hands-on contributor. Hiring as we see success in revenue growth from your efforts.
Own in-the-field and virtual events, sponsorships, and business development efforts.
Drive public relations efforts to obtain CEO interviews exposure while establishing our brand with an expanded reach within our target audiences.
Build a partner program that is effective in producing leads that convert to quality clients
Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive vision and strategy for the company in the market.
Maintain our annual growth (43%) and manage the budget wisely.
Launch new products as we develop them with researched, vetted strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA a plus!
Well-organized, data-driven and detail-oriented. High level of comfort with KPIs and reporting systems
8-10 years of B2B experience leading and executing marketing efforts preferred. Currently you and a team member will execute.
Proven record growing a small B2B business ($2M to $30M+). Candidates must have demonstrated B2B experience inside a company’s marketing department. (Agency and B2C candidates are not eligible.)
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
EOS “Traction” experience is a plus or other “balanced scorecard” company metrics reporting structure.

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the COO and works closely with the sales team, consulting staff, partners and external vendors. The Senior Marketing Manager will provide monthly performance reports and quarterly strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
