Sales Executive - Skilled Trades Recruiting
Base Salary: $75,000 $100,000 + Uncapped Bonuses About the Role

This is not a desk job - youll be out in the field building relationships, winning new business, and helping companies grow through strategic hiring solutions. - Prospect and develop new business within the skilled trades market
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreements
- Travel as needed to develop and support client relationships
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure client success
- Proven sales experience within the trades or related industries
- Strong tenure and track record of performance
- Self-starter with high motivation and accountability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel to secure and grow business
- Big-picture, national mindset - not limited to local thinking
- Positive attitude and a great sense of humor
- $75K - $100K base salary + uncapped bonus potential
