As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force connecting businesses with our expert commercial collection services, helping clients recover debts efficiently while building lasting relationships. What You’ll Do:

• Engage potential clients through proactive calls, emails, and outreach
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the commercial sector
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our services
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively
• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
• Accurately document all sales activities and client communication in our CRM system

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in collections or financial services
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport quickly
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client information
• High school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
