As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force connecting businesses with our expert commercial collection services, helping clients recover debts efficiently while building lasting relationships. What You’ll Do:
- Engage potential clients through proactive calls, emails, and outreach
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the commercial sector
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our services
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively
- Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
- Accurately document all sales activities and client communication in our CRM system
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in collections or financial services
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport quickly
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client information
- High school diploma or equivalent required, further education is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
