Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analysis and support for commercial construction projects
• Review inspection reports, drawings, and related project documentation
• Assist in developing and improving internal engineering procedures and processes
• Collaborate with fabrication teams, contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Support special inspections and field-related engineering activities
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution
• Work closely with leadership to help expand and develop the engineering department
• Provide practical, solution-oriented input throughout project lifecycles

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Registered in the State of Arizona (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 3-5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Strong background in construction-related projects
• Experience working with fabrication, inspections, or field operations preferred
• Ability to think independently and contribute innovative ideas
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt in a growing environment
