Part-Time Office Coordinator
Summary:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized part-time Office Coordinator to support daily front office operations. This role is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, replying to emails, and completing general computer and administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, approx. 25 hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors when they enter the building.
- Reply to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general computer work and basic administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day office needs as assigned.
What it takes to Succeed:
- Friendly, professional communications skills with phone, email, and in-person.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers for routine office tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Willingness to assist with a variety of duties as needed.
Experience:
- 1 year customer service or events experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, TEAMS, Excel and Word.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Note: This position is strictly in office. There is no work from home.
We are an 83 acre Recreational Facility for SRP employees and their guests. PERA has been in business for more than 65 years. In 2019 we built a brand new facility that includes meetings rooms, an employee store, fitness center, a bar, and full service kitchen for catering events.
