Director, Network Sales
At Skyview Networks, we connect brands with millions of listeners through the power of audio, and we're growing fast. We need a Director of Network Sales who doesn't just close deals but builds the kind of relationships that turn clients into long-term partners.

The Money
Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. Commissions are uncapped. Our top performers earn 3 to 4 times their base in commissions. We're not putting a ceiling on your earning potential because we don't want one on your ambition.
What You'll Be Doing
In this remote role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of network accounts, develop proposals and media plans that make clients say yes without hesitation, and hunt for new business across radio, digital, and sponsorship opportunities. You will partner directly with agencies and direct clients to deliver results that keep them coming back year after year. You will also play a key role in shaping sales strategy alongside industry veterans Kristin Krahl, Howard Davis, and Patrick Cannon.
Your First 90 Days
You will audit current accounts and agency relationships to find growth that's already sitting on the table. You'll learn Skyview's product suite inside and out so you can pitch with real confidence. You'll build a new business pipeline and start moving deals through it before the quarter is out.
Year One Goals
Grow revenue by 20% across key accounts, land at least three new strategic network partnerships, boost client retention by 25%, and launch seasonal sponsorship campaigns tied to major tentpole moments throughout the year. You will meet or exceed your sales budget. That's the baseline, not the ceiling.
Who You Are
You have a proven track record of blowing past sales targets in media, advertising, or sponsorship. You know how to walk into a room full of executives and own it. You don't wait for deals to come to you. You're strategic, collaborative, and sharp enough to solve problems before clients even know they have them. Juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball is just how you operate.
What We'll Invest in You
If you don't already know the ins and outs of media buying cycles, seasonal campaign planning, or building beyond the traditional network radio landscape, we'll teach you.
What We're Not Flexible On
You must have real experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales. You need a track record in client-facing, revenue-driving roles where hitting budget wasn't optional. Strong communication and the ability to work independently are non-negotiable.
