Purchasing Administrator and Buyer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Process purchase orders and requisitions while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage warehouse reorders and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Communicate with suppliers to support purchasing needs and resolve order issues.
• Set up and maintain vendor profiles in Oracle ERP and WebCenter systems.
• Track inventory, prepare reports, and maintain purchasing and compliance records.

Purchasing Administrator and Buyer Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with vendors and team members.
