Maintenance Mechanic || 2nd Shift
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance, specifically with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong working knowledge of FDA/EPA regulations, including cGMP, HACCP, SDS, and experience with IQ/OQ processes in a regulated facility.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems and automated machinery, utilizing CMMS software, and interpreting complex electrical schematics.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM), handle on-call rotations, and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50+ lbs.

- Troubleshoot complex malfunctions in PLC systems and automated machinery to minimize downtime.
- Execute detailed inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize equipment lifespan.
- Lead installation and modification projects while interpreting intricate electrical schematics.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior maintenance staff.
- 5+ years in hands-on manufacturing maintenance, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Deep knowledge of FDA/EPA regulations (cGMP, SDS) and IQ/OQ processes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
