Workday HCM Functional Senior Consultant
- Lead Workday functional implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration decisions.
- Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
- Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience supporting or leading workstreams on Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation or equivalent HRIS system
- 3+ years of experience leading workstreams as part of Workday implementations with knowledge across the HCM product, including configuration of the system in one or more of the following modules: Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, On boarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent
- Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- 4+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations or optimization efforts
- Workday certification in 1 or more functional areas including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, On boarding, Learning, Performance Management, or Talent
- 4+ years of Experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients.
- 2+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior staff through on boarding, skills development or performance reviews.
- Experience leading client workshops and requirements sessions
