Resident Specialist / Front Desk Agent

Rosenbaum Realty Group – Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay : $19-25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends as needed)

Position Overview

Rosenbaum Realty Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Resident Specialist / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent resident experience while supporting daily property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and prospects in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer phones, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately

• Assist with leasing inquiries, applications, and scheduling property tours

• Handle resident requests and coordinate with maintenance or management as needed

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and resident communications

• Support rent collection reminders and general administrative tasks

• Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable

• Assist with community events and resident engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, hospitality, or property management is required.

• Holding an Arizona Real Estate License is a plus.

• Strong knowledge in property management or real estate is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, property management software is a plus)

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
