Remote Member Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom

• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options

• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally

• Maintain organized digital records and manage follow-up communication

• Deliver excellent client service while building long-term relationships

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings for continued development

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools

• Motivated by service-oriented and purpose-driven work

• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required
