Remote Account Support Associate

In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits . Your job is to guide them through their options, answer questions, and help them move forward with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom
Review their needs and explain available programs
Help guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups
Participate in team training and development sessions
Collaborate with your team and share best practices
