We're seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to work with K-8 students on a full-time, contract basis for the upcoming school year, from late July through late May. Candidates with experience in school-based and healthcare-related occupational therapy are encouraged to apply. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, help students enhance their functional abilities, and support academic and daily life success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license valid in Arizona
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or home health OT experience preferred
• Proven ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Skilled in adapting interventions to support diverse learning and physical needs
• Strong communication skills for consulting with teachers, families, and staff
• Willingness to work the full school year, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy with K-8 students
• Develop, implement, and review IEP goals and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with educators, aides, and families to integrate OT strategies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultative services as needed
