They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team and play a key role in the successful completion of mission-critical projects.

Job Description: As a Construction Superintendent specializing in Data Centers and Mission Critical Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of construction quality and workmanship throughout the project.
4. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear and open communication to address concerns and provide project updates.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly, making informed decisions to keep the project on track.
7. Budget Management: Control project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the budget, including monitoring subcontractor contracts and change orders.
8. Schedule Adherence: Maintain project schedules and timelines, making necessary adjustments to address delays or unforeseen issues.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and other project-related records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience as Superintendent on multiple projects constructing Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required with significant relevant experience.
