Remote Travel Client Experience Advisor
We are looking for a reliable and service-focused Remote Travel Client Experience Advisor to assist clients with organizing travel plans and coordinating reservations. This role emphasizes research, organization, and communication to ensure every travel experience is arranged efficiently.
In this position, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation requests before, during, and after travel. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others stay organized while delivering dependable planning support.
