Schedule: Full-time in-office only

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 hour DOE (Salary option available for Head Scheduler)

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly energetic and highly organized Scheduler to join our growing Tucson office. This role is essential to ensuring seamless care for clients and strong support for caregivers.

You will manage the live schedule coordinate shift coverage communicate with caregivers and families and help maintain an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team-focused environment and handles multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.

What Youll Do

• Manage and update the live caregiver schedule including new shifts changes and urgent coverage needs

• Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers clients and family members via phone text and email

• Work closely with management sales recruiting and marketing to understand staffing needs and provide scheduling support

• Create a positive engaging experience for clients caregivers and office staff

• Maintain accurate shift notes shifthand-offs and documentation to keep the team aligned

• Provide constructive coaching to caregivers based on performance and client feedback

• Uphold Preferred Care at Homes values communication standards and customer service excellence
