Salary: $45-$65/hr
ROLE SUMMARY
Provide safe, effective, and artful injectable treatments in a luxury medical aesthetics setting. Partner with patients to design phased treatment plans that align with evidence-based practice and clinic standards. Maintain impeccable documentation, photography, and aftercare.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform neuromodulator, HA filler, biostimulator, laser and skin-booster injections within scope and protocols.
Conduct comprehensive consultations including facial assessment, indications, risks, benefits, alternatives, and informed consent.
Create individualized, phased treatment plans that may integrate lasers, peels, skincare, and cross-collaborative services.
Capture compliant before photographs for every visit and high-quality after photographs per clinic policy, using proper alignment and consistent lighting.
Chart thoroughly in the EMR including product, lot numbers, dosage, sites, techniques, and post-care instructions; complete notes within policy timelines.
Practice aseptic technique and uphold emergency readiness; promptly recognize and manage complications with appropriate escalation to the medical director.
Educate patients on product science, expectations, aftercare, memberships, and home care.
Participate in trainings, case reviews, content days, and community events; maintain a pristine, brand-forward environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Active RN License
One or more years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred; strong portfolios considered.
Current BLS required
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety, including occlusion recognition and management.
Proficiency with neuromodulators and HA fillers; experience with biostimulators such as Radiesse or Sculptra highly valued.
Excellent interpersonal communication, photography skill, and bedside manner.
Demonstrated aesthetic judgment, consistent technique, professionalism, and growth mindset.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
Part-time (with the potential to grow into full time) preferred. Occasional weekends for team events or conferences. Periodic travel for training may be required.
