The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

• Pay Rate: $23.00+
• Shifts: Sunday-Wednesday 8:00AM-6:30PM (or close) Tuesday-Friday 8:00AM-6:30PM (or close) Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00AM-6:30PM (or close)

What you'll do as a Team Leader:

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
