Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license or eligibility to obtain one prior to your start date
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in a school environment preferred
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention plans
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of students’ skills and needs
• Develop customized treatment plans and interventions to support educational goals
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom and specialized settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Track and report on progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP development
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
