Administrative – Answer, filter and prioritize phone calls and emails for the service department. Taking and delivering messages. Data entry into company's repair and parts system. Maintain service files
Service Department – Input service work orders and close out completed works orders on a timely manner. Scheduling service calls and appointments between clients, retailers, builders, and service technicians.
Qualifications:
- Technology Savvy – PCs, smart phones, tablets, work-related applications, video conferencing and other remote work tools.
- Internet & MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Construction Experience is preferred.
- Able to multi-task and self-prioritize
- Reliable, dependable, flexible and punctual
- Must be able to act independently and use own judgment regarding how to handle incoming requests and information
- Process and relay confidential and critical information with discretion
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work with staff at all levels
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, self-starter, collaborative
- Highly effective in a team environment
- Creative problem-solver, detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced, dynamic environment
