Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the right price under the best terms

• Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions

• Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, fostering a beneficial understanding

• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability

• Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
