CNC Mill/Lathe Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm )

• Operate CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, or both
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols
• Use precision measurement instruments to ensure part accuracy
• Monitor and adjust machining processes
• Maintain equipment and work area to company standards
• Meet production deadlines while upholding quality requirements
• Work independently with minimal supervision

CNC Mill/Lathe Operator Qualifications:

• CNC lathe and mill experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and meet production timelines
