Chick-fil-A North Valley is comprised of both Chick-fil-A Deer Valley and Chick-fil-A Norterra in Phoenix, Arizona.

You are a Strong Candidate If You

• Plan to graduate college in the next 6 months or have recently graduated in the last 6-12 months.
• Want mentorship, challenge, and real business experience early in your career.
• Take initiative and ownership without being asked.
• Are willing to get your hands dirty. Remember, this is a full-time 38-42 hr/week position in a restaurant environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach teams during high-volume shifts either in the kitchen or in hospitality
• Make real-time decisions to protect guest experience
• Develop team members through feedback and accountability
• Learn to manage operations, people, systems, and performance

Growth Path

This role is intentionally designed as a development track. Managers-in-Training who demonstrate strong leadership and ownership may grow into senior leadership roles within our organization over time.
