**This position is open to local residents of Arizona**

As our Sales Representative , you'll act as the link between real estate opportunities and investors!

• Negotiating property terms and prices with confidence.
• Building lasting relationships built on trust.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Tracking daily KPIs to measure and maximize performance.
• Collaborating with a results-driven team.

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Sales experience
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong phone communication skills
• A positive self-motivated mindset

• 13 work weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
• After training, base pay changes to $15.15 per hour against commission
• Our top reps earn around $6,000 in commissions a month
• We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview
