We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students within Dysart Unified School District for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview
- Role: School-Based Occupational Therapist
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Surprise, Arizona (Dysart USD)
- School Year: 2026–2027
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across assigned school sites
- Support student access, participation, and independence within the educational environment
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Complete documentation and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student needs and educational teams
