Huber CPA, PC is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our team as a Tax & Accounting Associate . Associates play a key role in client engagements by establishing a personal and direct working relationship with clients. They complete bookkeeping, prepare Business and Individual tax returns, and provide guidance on a variety of tax issues for clients. This position will engage, maintain, and improve client relationships.
What we are looking for in a Tax & Accounting Associate:
- Financial Statement Understanding
- Debit & Credit Understanding
- Tax Law Knowledge
- Preparation of Individual, Business, and Payroll Tax Returns
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Comfortable and Willing to Work in a Team Environment with Challenging Deadlines
- Working Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of Two Years-Experience in Accounting and Tax Preparation.
- CCH Axcess ProSystem Tax Software Experience a Plus
- Willingness to obtain or EA Designation or CPA Certification
Additional Information:
- Overtime Required February – April
- Overtime Possible August – October
- Up to nine weeks paid time off
- Position Not Eligible for Remote Work
- Position starting at $28 + DOE plus annual bonus
