ECN Automation is looking for a Marketing Leader who would be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This position requires the effective management of social media platforms, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content to actively maintain and expand the client base. The Marketing Leader excels in providing exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail, while also analyzing performance data to optimize marketing initiatives. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role devises, launches, and oversees innovative digital marketing campaigns that are fully aligned with ECN's brand identity and organizational objectives, all while responsibly managing budgets and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities include
· Utilize social media to maintain and market to client base
· Provides outstanding customer service and attention to detail
· Managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content
· Monitoring and analyzing data
· Devising, implementing, and managing innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with ECN's brand identity and objectives.
· Maintaining brand consistency and engaging with customers through various communication channels.
· Email marketing
· Copywriting
· Web building and maintenance
· Optimizing website content and online advertising to boost web traffic and user engagement.
· Conducting in-depth analyses of the performance of online marketing initiatives and making data-driven adjustments.
· Managing and curating content for social media platforms, fostering engagement and growth.
· Staying current on industry trends and best practices in the realm of digital marketing.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
· Utilize data analysis to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
· Procure souvenirs and fliers for marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engage potential customers effectively.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Projects, and Creative, to ensure alignment and cohesion in brand messaging and initiatives.
· Research applicable industry marketing events to participate in to increase market visibility
· Organize and coordinate all related tasks for marketing event registrations and attendance.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public relations.
- Experience in the industry is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software
- Experience in marketing and sales
- Excellent in English - written and spoken
- At least 3 years in marketing
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

**This is a remote job but you may be required to attend certain marketing events.**
