Job Summary

As a Gate Supervisor you'll ensure a smooth operation of community gates by allowing friendly, easy entry and exit to all residents, visitors, vendors, contractors, and team members. You'll direct individuals to their destinations within the community while noting any unusual occurrences.

Job Duties

• Greet all visitors, vendors, contractors, residents, and prospective buyers while directing them to their destinations (Essential)
• Obtain name, license plate number, phone number, and email address of each non-resident/guest entering the community; forward information obtained to the Sales office to follow-up within 24 hours (if applicable). (Essential)
• Note all unusual occurrences on daily log sheets. (Essential)
• Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
• Hand-out promotional material to prospective guests and residents.
• Answer telephone courteously and record pre-call visitor information appropriately; prepare pre-call sheets for the following day.
• Submit maintenance requests for issues such as electrical, sewer, and water break problems as needed.
• Ensure a sufficient amount of office supplies; notify manager when additional supplies are needed.
• Ensure new residents are added to the "Resident List."
• Check email daily, responding as needed.
• Attend all meetings as scheduled.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Some High School Education (Required)
• Ability to read maps
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Must have a valid driver's license
