Service and Repair Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Work on Service Order updates and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop
• Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry
• Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders
• Expedite purchase orders as / if necessary.
• Enter and maintain customer sales orders into SX. e distribution software system as necessary.
• Maintain all paperwork from beginning to end of job process
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

• Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
• Experience and knowledge of electrical motors required; mechanical/industrial knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting. Knowledge of Adobe and Boolean systems is a plus; AutoCAD and SolidWorks are preferred.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Document control, assembly, delivery, and tracking of submittal packages.
• Experience working with a team of coordinators in support of repair and mechanical operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
