Accounting Operations Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Responsibilities:

• Manage Sage accounting functions including invoicing, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reporting.
• Process weekly payroll and timecards, including payroll taxes, garnishments, insurance deductions, and PTO tracking.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, and KPI reports.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, collections, vendor payments (check, ACH, and wire transfers), and deposit management.
• Support HR and administrative functions, including personnel file maintenance, employee records, insurance administration, compliance documentation, and tax reporting (TPT, 940/941).

Accounting Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Sage including A/P, A/R, invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices including general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with payroll administration, payroll tax filings, and employee benefits coordination.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage records, reports, and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple financial and administrative tasks.
