What You Will Do
- Run high-quality, pre-set appointments and close residential roofing sales
- Consistently self-generate new business through canvassing, networking, and outreach
- Represent ARW at local events and within the community
- Track leads, manage contracts, and follow up using CRM software ( Acculynx a plus )
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential roofing sales experience
- Proven ability to self-generate and consistently close deals
- Professional, motivated, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable performing roof inspections
- Able to carry ladders and lift 50–75 lbs
