Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
• Experience providing OT services in school settings (preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ therapy needs within educational environments
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in conjunction with IEP teams
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies that support student success
• Educate school staff and parents on strategies to integrate therapeutic recommendations into daily routines
