Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is vital in maintaining production efficiency and safety standards within our facility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues before they become serious problems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and equipment effectiveness
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
