We are a growing medical massage clinic looking for massage therapists to join our family of practitioners. You will receive the benefit of working in a supportive environment within an established massage clinic with many complimentary healing professionals. We'll provide growth opportunities via new client referrals! The ideal candidate would be reliable, able to network with other wellness providers, have the ability to market themselves, receive client payments, perform their own customer service and manage their own client schedule. We will add you to our staff roster, your availability added to our marketing and will book you based calls from clients. Let's grow together!

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to discuss symptoms, pathologies, medical history, and desired outcomes to customize each session.
• Massage Therapy: Perform various massage techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissues, providing relief from stress, tension, and pain.
• Client Education: Offer clients guidance on how to maintain the bodywork you have performed in a manner within your scope of practice.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each client's condition, treatment plan, and progress over time within our software.
• Scheduling & Appointments: Therapists are in control of their own schedules and choose the number of days and appointments they receive. All client bookings should be done within our system to facilitate building your book.
• Payments: Therapists receive and process all payments from their clients for services. The clinic is paid a daily shift rent fee. All service fees are kept by the practitioner.

Skills

• Licensing & Certification: The successful candidate must hold a current massage therapy license in the state of Arizona and be in good standing with relevant regulatory bodies for your licensure(s).
• Insurance: The successful candidate must carry professional liability insurance as required by state law and provide a certificate annually for our records.
• Experience: The successful candidate posseses one year of clinical massage experience; however, new therapists who are ready to work hard and gain experience are welcome to apply.
• Skills: The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a client-centered approach to therapy.

As an Independent Contractor, you will retain full control over your business operations.

• You choose the days and the specific times of day you want to work.
• You control how many appointments you take per day.
• You set your own rates for the services you provide.
• You receive and process all payments from your clients.
• You maintain responsibility for managing your schedule including rebooking/rescheduling clients within our booking system.
