Job Summary

Annexus is a well-established, highly profitable, dynamic, fast-paced, hyper growth company in North Scottsdale. We have a unique opportunity for a strong accountant to join our collaborative, high performing accounting department.

Note this position is on-site in the North Scottsdale office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling revenue from accrual to cash basis

  • Updating and maintaining various revenue & expense reporting models

  • Allocating expenses across various business units

  • Adjusting or correcting various system transactions such as payroll & benefits

  • Reconciling various GL accounts

  • Tracking and recording revenue for various products

  • Recording all depreciation and amortization entries

  • Entering cash transactions online and recording in the ERP

  • Generating AR invoices and managing collections

  • Prepare weekly ACH batches for payment & other miscellaneous payments

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Obtained or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance or Accounting

  • Prior accounting and/or assurance & auditing experience preferred

  • Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel).

  • Excellent project/time management, verbal, and written communication

  • Experience with JP Morgan Access and Net Suite preferred but not required
