Job Details

• Salary: $16 to $19 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Mesa, AZ 85201

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers both in person and on the phone with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain organization of the reception area and handle general administrative duties
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
• Support dealership staff by handling internal requests and assisting with communications
• Maintain accurate records and data entry tasks
• Perform other duties to support the smooth operation of the dealership

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with standard business hours. Specific scheduling details will be provided during the hiring process.
