Schedule: Full-time | Flexible shifts | Rotating weekends & holidays maybe required

We’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented, and client-focused individuals to join our dynamic dispatch and logistics team. Whether you have experience in limousine services, event transportation, or other service-based industries- if you're passionate about operational excellence and customer service — we might want to meet you !

What You'll Do:

As a Dispatcher at The Driver Provider, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring smooth transportation logistics for VIP clients, groups, and events. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Coordinate individual and group reservations for luxury transportation.
• Monitor trips in real-time and manage upcoming same-day operations.
• Match clients with chauffeurs based on skill, personality, and trip requirements.
• Assign vehicles according to client needs and fleet availability.
• Respond swiftly to unexpected changes like flight delays or traffic disruptions.
• Communicate clearly with chauffeurs to ensure they understand and exceed our VIP client expectations.
• Track trip status and chauffeur timeliness to ensure a flawless client experience.
• Provide top-tier support to both clients and chauffeurs.
• Assist with phone support, data entry, and operational reporting as needed.

Our Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, and coordination.
• Familiarity with dispatching or logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating various technology platforms.

• Starting at: $21.00 - $24.00 / per hour DOE
