Goodyear, AZ
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our growing team in Goodyear, Arizona. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to residents/clients
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Support clients in achieving treatment goals
- Monitor behavior and document observations accurately
- Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with clinical and support staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Behavioral Health Technician certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
