At Trail Transmission we're looking for a skilled builder who takes pride in quality work and wants to join a stable, high-volume transmission shop. This role is dedicated to transmission rebuilding— no transmission R&R and no diagnostic work. You'll spend your time doing what you do best: building quality transmissions.

What You'll Do

• Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions
• Repair internal transmission components
• Rebuild clutch packs, gear sets, valve bodies, and torque converters
• Follow manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Produce high-quality work efficiently
• Collaborate with a professional team dedicated to quality repairs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional transmission rebuilding experience
• Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmissions
• Proven history of quality transmission rebuilds
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Dependable with a stable work history
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply
