Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Tucson Medical.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:- Tele skills required.- Previous Charge Experience: Required.- Community hospital experience is required.

Unit Details:- Adult and geriatric patient population.- Uses Pyxis medication system.

Shift & Scheduling:- Call required: 1 low census / on-call shift every month…

Special Requests:- Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios.- No locals within 50 miles of the hospital.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)

• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior )
